Oil spill in Bacchus Marsh

UPDATE 9.35pm: The spill is bigger than initially thought and there are more impacted roads: Gisborne Rd, Grey St, Ironbark Rd and Ingliston Rd are also affected roads with warning signs in place.

Emergency services, Council and contractors are attending to the expanding affected area.

TRAFFIC HAZARD: Please note warning signs have been put in place on McCormack's Rd, O'Leary Way and Halletts Way, Bacchus Marsh, after a truck has spilled oil and diesel on the road. Emergency services are responding to incidents in the area. If you can't avoid the area, please drive carefully and obey all warning signs in place.
