General information about payment of rates
If you are a property owner, ratepayer, or animal owner, you must notify us of any changes to your mailing address or name.
Valuations are determined as part of the annual general valuation process by the Valuer-General Victoria.

Eligible pension concession cardholders in Moorabool Shire can receive a municipal rates rebate of up to $322.70 on their principal place of residence, which includes up to $272.70 off municipal rates and $50.00 off the Emergency Services Levy.
