Moorabool Shire Council encourages a healthy and active lifestyle for the community. Residents can enjoy various sporting and recreation facilities such as recreation reserves, walking trails, parks, pools, and open spaces.

Walk to school month

Many of our local schools to take part in  Walk to School Month activities. Families and children are encouraged to scoot, ride, or walk to school every day throughout the month.

Healthy eating 

A healthy community is a strong community. No matter what your situation, there are always options and support to help you make the right choices.  Not to mention, it is a great way to meet like-minded people in the Shire!
