Youth Engagement Support (YES) Program

The Youth Engagement Support (YES) program is facilitated by our Youth Services team and works with young people between the ages of 12-25 who are disengaged or at risk of disengaging with education and employment pathways.

A team of experienced youth workers at Moorabool Shire Council deliver the program in a fun and holistic manner, focusing on health and wellbeing, community participation, education, training and career pathways. An evidence-based approach to youth engagement, participation and wellbeing is utilised, ensuring young people are best supported through one-on-one case management and group sessions.

Young people can self-refer or be referred to the YES program by a range of service providers and community members, including but not limited to local primary and secondary schools, law enforcement, parents and carers and youth support agencies.
