Asset Management Strategy 2022-2032 Council is responsible for the management and maintenance of more than $700-million worth of infrastructure assets including the local road and path network, underground drainage, bridges, buildings and facilities, parks and recreational facilities. The Asset Management Strategy sets out the framework to assist Council to deliver sustainable and effective asset management services, whilst the five Asset Management Plans set out the general principles of life cycle asset management for each of the major asset groups, being Buildings, Open Space, Stormwater and Transport.
