In 2022 Council's Hide + Seek Festival won the Creativity and Culture Award at the National Awards for Local Government!

Discover the Hidden Gems of the Moorabool Shire

The 2022 Hide + Seek Music Festival provided a very rare opportunity to discover new music and one of a kind venues. The Festival featured over 60 artists across 20 venues which started on Saturday 25 June 2022 and ran every Saturday for four weeks in regional towns Blackwood, Gordon, Bacchus Marsh and Ballan.

The Festival provided an opportunity to wander through old gold mining towns and listen to some bluegrass, indie folk, rockabilly, blues and pop music inside venues ranging from an antique store to a bowling club to a caravan to a church to a hat shop.
