Site works have begun on an off-leash dog park at Bacchus Marsh Racecourse and Recreation Reserve (BMRRR), adding to the existing active sports precinct at the reserve.
The new dog park will include:
The park will be securely fenced and made up of two areas - one small area for quieter dogs and a large area for others.
The project is jointly funded by the Victorian Government's New and Upgraded Dog Parks program (round 2) $300,000 grant, with matching funding from council.
