The West Maddingley Early Years Hub (WMEYH) provides integrated, inclusive, and collaborative early years services, providing families with access.

Council identified this project as a priority action within the 2017-2021 and 2021-2025 Council Plans.
With an increasing population, early childhood sector reforms and current infrastructure in Bacchus Marsh reaching capacity, the construction of the WMEYCH ensures that Moorabool Shire children and families have access to this important early years education programs, Maternal & Child Health and other services giving them the best possible start now and in the future.
