Recovery through the Arts The 'Recovery Through the Arts' program was coordinated by Council’s Storm Recovery team with support from Arts and Culture, through funding provide by Emergency Recovery Victoria.
Kathy Holowko, Caring for our Patch Kathy Holowko is a Blackwood-based artist who regularly explores ecological themes in her art practice. Caring for our patch is a hand-painted artwork created to illustrate the effect of weeds on the local environment, on behalf of the Blackwood & Barry’s Reef Landcare Group. It was presented at MAPP Up in Lights in Ballan and Bacchus Marsh in 2026.
Gordon Potters This was an exhibition of works by Gordon Pottery Group, comprising a variety of creations made from clay and presented at MAPP Up In Lights, Ballan in 2026.
