Global Victoria invites you to an exclusive in-person session designed to help Victorian exporters shape their next global chapter. These workshops will take place from 21 – 24 October 2025 across regional Victoria.

By combining global intelligence with practical guidance, you’ll gain access to real-time international market insights directly from a Victorian Commissioner, alongside tools and resources to help your business grow.

What to expect?

  • You’ll gain a comprehensive overview of Victoria's global trade landscape while learning about Global Victoria and the TradeStart program's roles in supporting your international growth.

  • Victoria's Commissioners Brett Stevens (the Americas), and Tim Dillon (Ireland, the Nordics and Eastern Europe - based in the UK), will share fresh market intelligence from their regions, covering macroeconomic conditions, consumer trends, and sector-specific opportunities and challenges.

  • Learn about supply chain challenges and opportunities, as well as resilience strategies from Mark Coleman, Director at ICAL International Customs and Logistics.

  • A panel discussion featuring trade experts, offering practical guidance on export-readiness and helping attendees understand the pathways to international success.

  • Receive some practical export guidance with tools and resources to help your business plan for exports from our TradeStart network.

  • Regional Development Victoria and other government providers will then outline their support services available to you in the region.

  • The event concludes with a networking lunch, providing valuable opportunities to connect with Commissioners, service providers, and fellow exporters.

Who should attend? Victorian exporters from beginners to experienced traders.
