What is a TrailRider?

Are you a visitor to the Shire or a resident with a disability looking to explore?

The TrailRider is an all-terrain access wheelchair that takes people with mobility limitations to places they never thought possible. Access more rugged walking trails not otherwise accessible with conventional wheelchairs. Get to see more of Moorabool’s beautiful parks, reserves, tracks and trails.

To help decide if TrailRider is suitable for your needs, you can visit the Darley Civic and Community Hub and view the TrailRider in the reception area.

TrailRider is free to hire for up to seven days, bookings essential. Pick up and drop off is available from Darley Civic and Community Hub on weekdays between 8.30am-5pm only.

How to hire TrailRider

  • It requires a minimum of two people to load it and to help guide the rider up and down tracks
