Moorabool Community Grants Program has been reimagined. More flexibility. Fewer barriers. More opportunities.

Moorabool Shire Council's refreshed Community Grants Program provides greater flexibility and more opportunities for local community groups, volunteers and organisations to bring their ideas to life. Whether you're planning a community program, event, facility improvement, environmental initiative or major infrastructure project, the program has been redesigned to make it easier to access funding and deliver projects that create lasting benefits for the Moorabool community.

The new program includes four funding streams, increased grant amounts in key areas, a new year-round Quick Response Fund for urgent community needs and more flexible co-contribution arrangements for many applicants. To help you get started, we've provided a range of resources on this page, including the Community Grants Guidelines, Key Changes Summary and Frequently Asked Questions.

We encourage all applicants to review these resources and contact Council's Community Development Team to discuss their project before submitting an application.
