Victorian Seniors Festival 2022 - Takin' it Easy

The major statewide festival for Victorians over 60, the Victorian Seniors Festival focuses on providing fun and good times with opportunities to participate in events and activities for free or low cost throughout October each year.

Movies in the Marsh - "The Duke"

In 1961 a 60-year-old taxi driver stole Goya's portrait of the Duke of Wellington from the National Gallery in London, holding it to ransom demanding better investment and care for the elderly.

Greendale Cemetery Tour

The Ballan Shire Historical Society will be hosting a guided tour of the Greendale Cemetery. Afternoon tea will be available at the conclusion of the tour. An alternative venue will be provided in the event of inclement weather.
