Easter Weekend Bin Collection Changes

There will be no garbage, recycling, and green waste collections on Good Friday. These bins will be collected on Saturday 4 April.
Following Good Friday, kerbside collections will return to normal, including Monday 6 April collections. Please continue to place your bins out by 6am.
All Council Transfer Stations will be closed on Good Friday.

4 April 2026 - Blackwood Easter Woodchop

Martin Street & Whalebone Road, Golden Point Road from 10.30am-11.20am
Greendale-Trentham Road from 11.20am-11.40am
Simmons Reef Road from 11.20am-12pm for pedestrians going to the recreation reserve
All roads will be open from 12pm

25 April 2026 - Anzac Day Closures

Navigators - Dawn Service 6am-6.30am

Lyons Road from Butlers Road to Navigators Road from 4am to 7am
Navigators Road between Navigators-Dunnstown Road to Mullones Road from 4am-7am
