Report a missed bin

If your bin has been missed you should report it so we can investigate why it was missed and organise a collection where applicable.

Before reporting a missed bin ensure that:

  • your bin/s were out by 6am on the scheduled collection day, with lid opening facing the kerb
  • your recycling or greenwaste bin does not contain incorrect items.

Bins containing incorrect items will receive a sticker – you are required to remove the incorrect item/s. Your bin will be emptied on the next scheduled collection day.

Our waste trucks are fitted with cameras that record which bins are presented for collection and what they contain, this is checked when receiving missed bin reports.
