Council has established an e-Tendering website called TenderLink to provide suppliers easy access to a range of tendering services associated with our tendering program. Moorabool also have a platform to enable local businesses to register which will be utilised for lower value procurement processes by Council Officers to gain quotations. Understanding Procurement at Council
To assist Local Businesses in understanding the different types of procurement that Council have and associated thresholds and controls, a workshop was run to assist in empowering and providing greater understanding of the process that Council follows. Accessing Tender Opportunities with Council
TenderLink is an electronic tender process that aims to assist suppliers with receiving, viewing, and clarifying tender documents as well as being able to submit tenders to Council online.
The Tenderlink process has become standard throughout a number of councils in Victoria.
What you will find is a guide to Moorabool Shire Council's tender program, as well as the ability to download relevant documents and submit information online.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, our offices are closed and therefore our physical tender box is closed. Please refer to the options within each tender for compliant submissions.
