You may nominate another person or organisation (a third party) to access and manage your property and rate account information on your behalf.
Authorising someone as a third party means they are permitted to:
Only the property owner (the person or company whose name is on the account) can request to add a third party.
This request must be made in writing to the council.

Note: Even after authorising someone, the property owner retains full responsibility for the payment of the account and for any actions the authorised person takes.
