We will repair bins that have missing bins, lids, lid pins, wheels or wheel axles at no cost.

What happens next?
Once you have reported a damaged bin, you will receive a confirmation email.
Leave your bin at the kerbside where it is usually collected. The repair will be completed within 5 business days.
