Dying to Know Day

Dying to Know Day is 8 August 2022. The day is an opportunity to discuss a topic often avoided – death.

Join us for afternoon tea as we discuss:

  • Talking about your values and preferences at the end of your life, long before it happens.
  • Communicating your wishes with your family – sometimes a conversation which is hard to start.
  • What is an Advance Care Plan, the benefits of having one and how to write one.

Presenters: Peter Randall, Social Worker, Western Health Palliative Care

Kathy Whye, Volunteer who has used an Advance Care Plan

We want to know what is important to you!

COVID19 has certainly changed the way we access our public libraries.  The doors are not always open but it doesn’t change how important public libraries are for Community Connections.

Moorabool libraries are here: cultivating, connecting, checking in, adapting to challenges and coordinating services, events and programs to meet our patrons needs. What do you need, what do you value? We are here to listen - let's have the conversation!
