Yoga and Pilates in the park with live music from Tom Hughes

02 Nov 2024 Join local instructor from The Studio Ballan, Ruby Glew for Yoga and Mat Pilates session in McLean Reserve; a morning of wellbeing with soothing tunes from local guitarist Tom Hughes.

Suitable for all ages, levels and abilities this class brings together elements of core-strengthening pilates and gentle yoga poses to stretch and release tension. Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.
