New Customer Charter

Here at Moorabool Shire Council, we are on a journey to become a more customer-centric organisation, who puts our customers at the heart of everything we do. We know we don’t always get it right, which is why we have developed our new Customer Charter.
This new Charter features our Customer Promise and Commitments that guide how we design, deliver and measure customer experiences, both now and into the future. It also informs our new Customer Experience Strategy.
We are committing to our customers by ensuring that:
- We are easy to deal with
- We understand your needs
- We keep you updated
- We do what we say we will
Our Charter is more than just a Customer Charter, it is a commitment to our customers both internally and externally. It promises an excellent end-to-end experience, to ensure all our people, processes and systems are working brilliantly together to ultimately bring the best experience possible.
