Recovery through the arts - choir

Cat firmly believes that if you have a voice, you can sing!

Members of the community are warmly invited to join the Storm Recovery Choir for a fun, free and inclusive experience for all ages and abilities. Participants who have been led to believe that they can’t sing will have the opportunity to use their voice and body percussion in the nurturing environment of group singing.

Confident and experienced singers will have the opportunity to sing in parts and bring their strengths to this collaborative project. It will be fun for all the family with group music activities and the opportunity to use instruments.

Choir will form up on Saturday 18 and again Sunday 19 March from 1-3pm, at the Blackwood Community Hall

There is a complimentary lunch at 12 noon on both days .

A final gathering of the choir will be held on Sunday 26 March at 11am. Friends and family are invited to hear what you've all come up with. A complimentary light lunch will be provided for all.
