Mental Health First Aid Training - May

Have you wanted to assist people experiencing challenging mental health periods in the past but didn’t know how to go about it?

Moorabool Shire Council is offering this fully funded 12-hour mental health first aid course suited to community members.

This training is made possible through funding from Emergency Recovery Victoria. No prior experience required but you must be over 18 years old and live in Moorabool Shire.

Training will be delivered over two full days of in person training on Saturday 13 May and Sunday 14 May.

Pauline is an accredited Principal Master Instructor with Mental Health First Aid Australia, which is the highest accreditation they have.

A manual and a Certificate of Completion will be provided.

Lunch will be provided on both days.

There is a maximum of 20 participants for the course with first preference given to residents of Moorabool shire's impacted area from the June 2021 storms.
