The Ballan Community Grant Drop in Sessions between 8:30am - 5:00pm have been cancelled due to staff illness. Please contact Customer Service on 5366 7100 to leave your contact information and a staff member will follow up to discuss your project idea over the phone or in person.

Do you need some assistance with developing your community grant application? 

Drop into the Ballan Council Offices any time between 8:30am - 5:00pm on Monday 8 August to speak with a Council staff member about your application. 

These sessions can cover anything you require assistance with, such as: 

  • Responding to assessment criteria 
  • Gathering required documentation 
  • Navigating the SmartyGrants platform 

Email your preferred time slot to secure a place or show up on the day and we will fit you in as soon as possible.
