Current COVID-19 restrictions 

Customer service at the Lerderderg Library will not be staffed until Monday 31 January due to staff shortages linked to COVID-19 public health quarantine requirements.
Our Darley and Ballan customer service centres are open 8.30am to 5.00pm. We are also contactable via phone, email and live chat. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

 

Please ensure you follow social distancing requirements. Some Council facilities still require masks to be worn and proof of double vaccination to be shown. Always check in when attending any of Council's offices or facilities.

You can submit an online request or complaint.

Online requests can include reporting of a maintenance issue relating to Council's facilities, such as a damaged footpath or a full public bin.
