The Bacchus Marsh Racecourse and Recreation Reserve is ideally located to establish an active sports precinct to cater for the growth and future active sports requirements of the town. The Bacchus Marsh Racecourse and Recreation Reserve is located in Maddingley, a suburb of the Bacchus Marsh township, located approximately 45km from Melbourne’s CBD.
The project will be delivered over three stages.

Stage 2 - Underway
Works are underway at Bacchus Marsh Racecourse and Recreational Reserve.
In 2020 a design team was engaged to review the concept works for Stages 2 and 3 and to provide architectural and design services.

The Stage 2 scope includes new senior fields of play for AFL, Cricket and Soccer, new netball and tennis courts, all-abilities adventure playground, pavilion and associated car parking.
