Moorabool Shire Council has established an e-Tendering website (TenderLink) to provide Council suppliers easy access to a range of tendering services associated with Council's tendering program.

TenderLink is an electronic tender process which aims to assist suppliers with receiving, viewing and clarifying tender documents as well as being able to submit tenders to Council online. The Tenderlink process has become a standard throughout a number of councils in Victoria.

What you will find is a guide to Moorabool Shire Council's tender program, as well as the ability to download relevant documents and submit information online, rather than having to travel to Council's offices to lodge tender responses.

Alternatively, copies can still be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $55.00 each (including GST) by telephoning Customer Service on (03) 5366 7100 and deposited in the Tender Box which is located in the Reception area Moorabool Shire Council offices 15 Stead Street, Ballan. Tenders must be endorsed in a plain envelope (exclusive if any company logo or company identification) which is clearly marked with the Tender title.
