Community Respite Centres
On days deemed catastrophic and extreme by the CFA and there is no emergency declared, the Moorabool Shire Council will open a Community Respite Centre for residents leaving early. These Respite Centres will be located at either the Ballan Mechanics Institute or the Bacchus Marsh Town Hall - Supper Room and will be open from 8am-6pm.
